"The Fairchild 260 Power Amplifier is designed to meed the requirements of our professional line of equipment. Stability unaffected by loads of wide power factor". "Remarkable stability under adverse loading conditions. Damping factor of 9, noise in excess of 85 db below rated output. Under 0.5% intermodulation distortion ad 45 watts. Here are the basic specs, from an old Fairchild manual: 50 watts each, frequency response within 0.5 db from 20 to 20,000 cps. If you're looking at these seriously you almost certainly know more about them than I do. I'm not an expert, but I understand that these are viewed as among the best 50-watt mono amps ever made. 100% of them are included and they all work. I wrapped them up so they wouldn't get damaged. NOTE: all the tubes are in the last pictures. They weigh 27 pounds each and will need to be packed in a lot of bubble wrap. Audiophiles and analog / tube studio purists - here they are! Two 1950-something Fairchild 260 tube amps in perfect working order.
